Weltix Launches as Europe’s First Private Assets Operating System

Weltix, formerly ClubDeal Digital, emerges as Europe’s first “Private Assets Operating System,” digitizing and automating issuance, custody, and governance of private assets. Backed by Consob, Banca d’Italia, and MIMIT approvals, it offers compliant end-to-end infrastructure for banks and funds. Operating in seven regions, Weltix targets global expansion and blockchain-based tokenization in 2025.

La soluzione per i private asset

In a private assets market that is still fragmented and dominated by analogue processes, ClubDeal Digital takes a decisive step in its evolution and becomes Weltix: the first European fintech infrastructure to be configured as a true “Private Assets Operating System.”

The goal is clear: to make the entire management chain of shares, units, minibonds, securitization instruments, and broad-based share ownership plans digital, transparent, and scalable.

From platform to infrastructure: an end-to-end model that is compliant by design

Weltix is not simply a platform, but a regulated operational architecture that integrates all the processes of issuance, placement, custody, governance and taxation of private assets in a single environment.

Thanks to three authorizations – Consob, Banca d’Italia and MIMIT – Weltix is now able to provide an end-to-end infrastructure for banks, intermediaries, funds and corporations , enabling new service models and automation of fiduciary and tax processes.

“We’re not building another platform, but the operating system that underpins new service models for private asset management,” said Antonio Chiarello, Founder & CEO of Weltix. “Weltix is the intersection of compliance, technology, and execution: an infrastructure that enables banks and intermediaries to turn the promise of private assets into reality.”

A growth supported and validated by the market

Behind the rebrand lies a solid growth path. Weltix technology is already operational in seven regions—including Europe, North America, and Asia—with over 110 issuing companies and 16,000 private and institutional investors.

In 2024, ClubDeal Digital recorded a more than seven-fold increase in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) from trust services compared to the previous year, approaching €1 million in revenue, also thanks to the success of its B2B2C services and modules for the tax management of share ownership plans (ESOPs).

Regulated Innovation: Consob Authorization for Securities Tokenization

A fundamental step in the evolutionary path is the Consob authorization that enables Weltix to operate as manager of the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registry, in line with the FinTech Decree 2023.

This license allows the tokenization of financial instruments and the circulation of shares, stocks and minibonds on the blockchain, paving the way for more efficient and traceable management of private markets.

The two operational pillars: Weltix SpA and Weltix Fiduciaria

The Weltix infrastructure is structured on two complementary entities:

Weltix SpA – manages placement and issuance services, authorized as DLT registry manager pursuant to European regulation EU 2020/1503.

Weltix Fiduciaria SpA – authorized by MIMIT, provides integrated fiduciary and tax services, digitizing the management of shareholdings and tax positions.

Modular solutions for issuers, investors and intermediaries

Weltix offers a flexible model, with specific features for different market players:

Corporate and SME: digital management of equity, debt, ESOPs, and tax

Syndicators, funds, and club deals: automated governance and simplified capitalization.
Banks and SIMs: white-label infrastructure to enable digital services in private markets.
In this way, Weltix allows operators to focus on strategic value, delegating operational and regulatory complexity to the infrastructure.

“With Weltix, private asset management finally becomes simple, transparent, and traceable,” emphasized Roberto Ferrari, President of Weltix. “This is a concrete step forward in bringing innovation and trust to the real economy.”

Next steps: global expansion and interoperability

By 2025, Weltix aims to consolidate its position in the European market by expanding partnerships with banks, private banks and wealth managers, and expanding the international reach of its infrastructure.

Key objectives include the development of institutional tokenization solutions for banks and funds, cross-border interoperability between European digital private markets, full automation of tax and trust forms, and growth of the network of integrated issuers and institutional investors.
